About Chloé

I'm an Executive and Transformation Coach, with a specialism in interpersonal communication and navigating challenging conversations.

I've seen first hand how the growth and success of individuals, teams and ultimately, businesses, comes from building trust and alignment through clarity, exceptional communication and collaboration. 

I love the energy of a city, and the freedom to work from anywhere. I work with clients all over the world but I call London (and sometimes New York) home.

  • My Background

    My background is in Product Management, typically starting as the first product hire to take over from the founder/CEO, building and scaling products and teams from seed through to Series B. I held VP Product roles at a number of high-growth startups, working closely with founders, C-suite leadership and product and engineering teams to shape the vision, drive strategy and lead teams to deliver outstanding products.

  • My Superpower

    My decade in high-growth, rapidly changing environments taught me that my superpower was my ability to use communication to get to the root of any challenge, distill complexity and drive cross-functional working. Now I use the skills I learned inside these organizations to help my clients navigate theirs, and increase their impact. 

  • Education & Qualifications

    I have a degree in Psychology recognised by the British Psychological Society (BPS), a certificate in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m trained in Nonviolent Communication and bring a blend of techniques and experience from multiple disciplines including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practice, Positive Psychology, and Product and Business Management principles into my coaching work.
