  • We typically start by meeting weekly, building core skills and a depth of relationship, moving through challenges and getting real-world data so we can learn and adjust. As you integrate learnings, we’ll reduce frequency, meeting a couple of times a month.

    I usually work with people for an initial period of 12 sessions.

  • During our initial consultation, we’ll explore your situation (context for coaching, seniority and goals), and I’ll propose a programme based on this.
